Captivating split-level house with 4 bedrooms

The house featured today is the so-called 1.5 storey house or split-level house.  This is a house with a main floor and a raised floor serving as the supposed to be second floor of the house.

A typical split-level house accommodates the living room, kitchen and dining and the laundry area or work room while the raised floor accommodates the bedrooms. In other designs, one bedroom may also be included in the main floor but in this featured house three bedrooms are in the main floor while one big bedroom, must be the master bedroom, is located in the upper floor. The balconies are a beautiful piece added to the facade of the house.  The glass windows and doors are also an elegant concept that have made it look more sophisticated. The shed roof, a very simple type of roof, also added simplicity and elegance to it.

 

The garage houses two cars. Since it is an open garage, it can also function as a hall for small gatherings. It can be enclosed with glass walls as well to make it more captivating and increase its market value.
