Modern-Style Three-Bedroom One-Story House With Veranda

The featured design for today is a modern-style one-story house with three bedrooms and two toilet and baths.

The overall design of this bungalow is square shape, with a canopy roof that gives a modern feel to the whole house. There are high clear glass windows which helps the natural air and lighting inside the house. It keeps the house bright throughout the day, giving the whole home a comfortable and homey feel to it.

From the outside area of the house, by the entrance, is a wide porch. It is the perfect area for relaxation or even when hosting parties and barbecue dinners.

At the back of the house is another open area which can be converted as a dirty kitchen or a washing area.

From the main entrance, the first area that you will see is the spacious living room. There is a mini office (which can also be converted as a storage area) on the right and the kitchen on the left.

The kitchen is very spacious. To help maximize the space, the dining room and the kitchen are combined. From the kitchen is another door leading to the service area at the back.

There are three bedrooms in this modern-style one-story house: One Master’s Bedroom and two smaller-sized bedrooms. Each bedrooms have enough space for a twin-sized bed, a built-in closet, and an entertainment area.
