This modern house is a two storey house with 3 bedrooms having a floor area at the ground floor at 107 sq.m. and upper floor at 45 sq.m.. Ground floor is elevated to protect the floor from flooding in case of heavy rains. This is a good way to avoid damage on the floor and the house in general specially with today’s climate change, we make sure that our homes are safe from floods and rains.
The design is Indian concepts with curvy roof types and strong colors on accent walls. A combination of stone or brick works to put more depth on the walls. Windows can be aluminum or wrought iron with stylish grills.
Bedroom is very cozy and complete with interior design. The ceiling is infused with white and incandescent colored lamps and neon blue accents. Bed is laminated wood made with side lamp desk. Wall on the head board is a wall paper made of Vinyl. Windows are equipped with organic blinds for privacy and protection from direct sunlight coming from the outside.
