After graduation is over, many fresh graduates are looking for a job. These new graduates came from various colleges and universities to earn money immediately and help with the expenses of the family.

However, job hunting was never easy, especially for fresh graduates. Some companies are looking for more skilled and more experienced job applicants who could easily adapt to the working environment and other employees of the company.

Luckily, there are still many companies who are providing opportunities for many new graduates. But there are some companies who prefer to hire fresh graduates from certain schools. Companies are not only looking at the person’s educational attainment but the school where they came from.

PUP Tops the List

For two consecutive years, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, also known as PUP, placed at the top of the list, followed by University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila.

Two provincial schools, the University of San Carlos and the University of Cebu, bested other universities from Metro Manila and made it on the list. This list was provided by Philippines based on the information provided by companies.

This is not the first time that PUP became the talk of the town as the preferred school of many employers. According to them, graduates of the state university are known to be hardworking, creative, and patient especially when dealing with stress.
